To be eligible for a replacement or refund, customers must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the issue at the time of opening the package.
4. Claim Timeframe
Any claims regarding damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
5. Approval & Resolution
Once the issue is verified, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
